CADENCE Routine Intensive Oct. 15th 09/21/2011
See the Events page for details and sign up. A few months ago Loretta led a Humanity Routine Intensive. We had a mix of teachers and non-teaching belt grads. It was a great experience and I recommend the Cadence Routine intensive to any belt grad. You get a great start on learning a routine and you get to hang out with Nia-friends, always fun.
