Saturday Belt Grad Cadence Immersion

Loretta offers another Nia Routine Immersion "Cadence" for all Nia white belt graduates.  You do not have to be actively teaching to attend this Immersion! In fact, this Immersion is designed for all levels of teaching experience. She will include tips and tricks for learning Nia Routines as well as ways to embody a New Nia Routine quickly. Razel is hosting us for a DreamWalker experience.  Help us thank the Scottsdale Athletic Club (SAC) for providing the space by staying for lunch with Jam leaders and Nia fans at OC Seven, SAC's excellent cafe.
Non-members and newcomers to Nia always welcome.

Betti Ahmed will be our host for the August Jam at the cool yoga studio, Just Breathe, located at 828 North 2nd Street in Phoenix.  There is easy access by freeway (Highway 10) and Light Rail (Roosevelt/Central Ave  Station).

Over 25 people braved the heat to attend the July Second Sunday Jam.  It was a lot of fun and great to see many new faces!  Thanks to all.
