Central Ave. Registration fee: $20.00 Two hour workshop includes an extended Nia class, with floor play designed to aid the heart in letting go, releasing resentments and regrets into the darkness knowing they will be transformed. Participants will experience and receive materials to have their own solstice celebrations on December 21-22. This is the season when animals hibernate and nature sleeps and we can turn inward too.
