Sunday Afternoon Nia Class and White Belt Info Party!

Saturday Belt Grad Cadence Immersion

Loretta offers another Nia Routine Immersion "Cadence" for all Nia white belt graduates.  You do not have to be actively teaching to attend this Immersion! In fact, this Immersion is designed for all levels of teaching experience. She will include tips and tricks for learning Nia Routines as well as ways to embody a New Nia Routine quickly.
