YIKES! - I sent out some notices with the wrong day for the jam - the FREE JAM is this weekend on SUNDAY. I'm so sorry for any confusion. Hope to see you there!  Date: SUNDAY, October 9, 2011 Time: noon - 1pm (& join us for lunch afterwards) Location: Scottsdale AthleticClub (8225 E. Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale Fee: FREE!!! New-to-Nia and non-members welcome!
