This Just in from Karen Vannoy:  The Divine Spark, Sunday, December 18, 4-6pm, Rm 114 First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave.  Registration fee: $20.00

Two hour workshop includes an extended Nia class, with floor play designed to aid the heart in letting go, releasing resentments and regrets into the darkness knowing they will be transformed. Participants will experience and receive materials to have their own solstice celebrations on December 21-22. Please preregister to attend as the room only comfortably holds 10 participants for this workshop: email karenvannoy@aol.com

This is the season when animals hibernate and nature sleeps and we can turn inward too. Deep in the ground seeds germinate for their spring opening, and within us, creativity and new beginnings are gathering strength.

Most classes continue as scheduled throughout the holidays but there are usually some changes.  Check with your teacher, if in doubt.
