Razel has added a Tuesday morning class to the Nia class lineup at the Scottsdale Athletic Club.

Fall is here and there are lots of changes and new classes in Tucson and a new teacher - Avia.  Tama has a whole new lineup of classes.

October 13, 9:30-1:30 Phoenix - First United Methodist Church, Central and Missouri, Rm 114.  Nia teachers - Let's get together and do our bars and learn the choreography for Butterfly.  Be sure to listen to the music as much as you can before hand.  If your copy of the routine has not yet arrived, remember that you can listen to NiaTunes at NiaNow.

Jams are a party!  You get to dance with lots of different Nia teachers and meet other Nia fans and just have fun.  Phoenix Nia teachers are having a Monster Bash Jam Oct 30th - see the EVENTS page for a printable flyer and details.  

Remember, costumes are optional - but fun!  Think scarves, boas, hats - whatever.  The location is central and has lots of parking.  Come join the fun!
